The Upper Millstone Hilton bake Artisan breads and pastries. We believe in using only the best ingredients – stoneground flour, real butter and no preservatives or flavourants. By using traditional methods such as long overnight rising, we get maximum flavour and digestibility from the grains.

Our coffee beans are sourced from a local micro-roastery and we pride ourselves in serving the best craft coffee with our Wega lever machine.
