We’d like to share some of our authentic culture with you. Our home-land, culture and food is very special to me. We believe it needs to be shared, being so ancient and steeped in mysticism, magic and intense fusions of past dynasties and cultures. We try to be modest and keep it simple while sharing with you all our knowledge, what We have grown up with and what is within me. All our food is authentically Thai, with no western influence. All our ingredients are imported from Thailand, an example of which is ‘galangal’, to mention just one. All our herbs and greens are grown organically in our kitchen garden with love and care, so freshness is guaranteed.
